Bulimia nervosa
Bulimia nervosa, usually called " bulimia", is a type of eating disorder.  You can see it as a psychological condition where  the sufferer engages in recurrent binge eating and is followed by doing one or more of the following, in order to compensate for consuming too much food and in order to prevent weight gain : 
  • Vomiting - in order not to gain weight from  what you ate.
  • Use of laxative or enemas or other medication in an inappropriate way.
  • Excessive exercising.

Bulimia is usually less about food and more about deep psychological  issues, with a feeling of lack of control the sufferers eat rapidly and they can stop only when another person disturbs them, or when their feel a pain in their stomach, because it has over-extended.  These things can happen a few times a week, and in very serious cases a few times a day.

Eating disorders are the cause of the highest death rates in mental illnesses. The EDA (Eating Disorders Association) estimates a ten percent mortality rate for people who suffer from eating disorders. In addition to a risk of suicide. The Bulimia Nervosa death rates for example are higher than some death rates of some forms of cancer.

Which groups are at a higher risk than others?
   - Females.
   - Persons between bulimiathe ages of 10-25 years old.
   - Athletes.
   - Gay Males.
   - People who are active,  dancers, models or gymnastics.
   - Students who  are under heavy pressure.
   - People who  have suffered traumatic events in their lifetime.
   - Perfectionists.
If you belong to one or more of the groups mentioned your chance to get  an eating disorder is higher.
Most  Bulimic patients are young females between the ages of 10-25 years old.

The first thing you must remember is don't get stressed or pressured.   Studies all over the world found that pressure is usually the number one cause for eating disorders and heart disease.
